Stop the abuse that these services are taking advantage during these difficult times during the lockdown.
It's abuse of the lockdown, there's more people at home with parked cars, less spaces to park, and the parking wardens and DVLA are taking advantage of it, it's a disgrace taking money from innocent people during these times. It's not the public's fault this has happened with covid 19... They should not be allowed to fine people when money is stretched anyway at this time
