As we cannot use our vehicles for leisure purposes during lockdown we should get a refund in tax paid for the duration of the lockdown. Many people pay their car tax annually and it is unfair to pay tax for something that we cannot legally use. Not everyone has off-road parking to declare a vehicle SORN.
