Rejected petition Make outdoor face mask law. Fine those without it.
There has been studies all over the world that those who uses face mask when exposed to outdoor, have lower increase of virus transmission. UK may think giving everyone face mask is expensive, but I am sure it is less expensive than ventilators they will need as a result of not wearing face mask.

Send 10 or more reusable face masks for each household via post. A material that they can wash and use it again. This is for the purpose of managing money well. Make face mask a law in public. Those who dont wear it, £60 fine. Encourage people to make face mask at home like Chec Republic, where they did similar approach and their transmission rate is low.
