Petition Using Animal Therapy to Aid Mental Health issues such as depression, aniexty and PTSD

I would like people suffering from Mental Health Issues that are considered to be 'less severe' like Depression, Aniexty and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder to be offered Pet Therapy aswell as the current treatments avalible. I would like the animals owned by suffers, that directly help control their condition, to be given the same rights as dogs for the deaf, blind and disabled aslong as proper paperwork is produced. Proper paperwork will be applied for like normal benefits and aid given to those seeking pet therapy. This may or may not replace free prescriptions.
