Rejected petition Save our Garden Centres during the COVID-19 crisis.
The government to allow Garden Centres to operate in a similar way to supermarkets and remain open with the same controls and restrictions.
More details
A Government directive on this would save these community businesses, save livelihoods of employees, save plants from being destroyed and also allow the British Public to continue to contribute to this sector and spend time improving their own gardens and mental well-being during this unprecedented time. It would also save the Government from stepping in potentially to secure them financially.
