Following his conviction for several assault charges, and in view of previous issues such as the drunk driver conviction, excessive expenses claims, alleged failure to pay capital gains tax and the alleged affair with a school girl, we demand that Eric Joyce resigns and steps down as Falkirk's MP immediately.
