To stop discrimantion against people with tattoo's piercings and colored hair an appearance of someone makes no differance to someone ability to work this applies to all ages. Places of work need to recognise peoples right to self expresion all we want are equal rights to any job we apply for wheather were tattooed pierced or dyed.
