Rejected petition Extend notices of marriage by 12 months for weddings affected by Covid 19

Many couples have had to postpone their weddings amid the Covid 19 pandemic to dates beyond the parameters of their original notices. As such I would like councils to extend the notice periods by 12 months to reflect the fact that these postponements were out of the control of those affected.
