Rejected petition Prevent corporate bullying against small businesses

Inspired after reading an article regarding a local pub in Southampton called The Hobbit and an american company known as Saul Zaentz Company who are threatening to sue this small unthreatening pub over the name, and they've done it before.

I want the government to investigate the effects of corporate bullying such as this and stop it from destroying small businesses in the UK.
