Individuals claiming DLA, at the expense of tax payers, should be given an incentive to keep within their normal BMI by proper dietery control: as many cannot control their weight by increased exercise due to their disability. Reward improving their own health.

A reduction in benefit for the obese and a doubling of the reduction for morbid obesity. The overweight remain on current levels of benefit with those within normal BMI obtaining an increase in benefit.

Annual weighing by DWP with benefit set for the rest of the year according to the weight recorded.
