Being aware of the unfortunate events that have taken place at the Royal Victoria Hospital we call on the secretary of state for Northern Ireland to lobby the relevant treasury minister to create an exclusive NHS TAX that will neither excessive nor free for persons on benefits and will be levied on scripts for prescriptions.
