Mobile phone companies, media and service companies, etc often provide many methods to enable people to sign-up to a subscription e.g. telephone, internet, high street outlet, etc.
However on the otherhand cancelling a subscription is often made more difficult, with limited methods to cancel or purposely made more difficult.
Take for example to start a contract may require making a telephone call and selecting 1 on the electronic voice options, whilst cancelling can require navigating through a whole maze of options.
