Rejected petition Job retention scheme should also be for those who were on payroll after 28th Feb

Recently government has announced the Job retention scheme to pay 80% of the wages, but they also mentioned that it is valid to those people who were on a company's payroll before 28th Feb, but what about people who were on payroll after 28th Feb?

Even we, people who were on payroll after 28th Feb are facing it difficult now in this hardship times, so please don't consider that deadline or change it to the other date (to when the lockdown was announced).
