Stop replacing kitchens and bathrooms in council houses just because a new tenant is moving in.
House improvements in general on council houses should be assessed and fixed only if the reason is due to genuine need.
If repair is needed due to tenants lack of respect for their property they should pay for it from their benefits.
This is yet another example of making living off benefits an easy and good way to live. It's time to make the people who do not deserve it start working and paying for the things they want like the rest of us.
