Rejected petition Forgive student loans for the doctors, nurses and medical staff

I believe the government should forgive the student loans of the doctors, nurses and medical staff who have been working tirelessly in hospitals and medical centres across the country.

They should have their student loans forgiven because they have been detrimental in helping care for and treat those in this country who have tested positive and have been suffering with COVID-19. Everyday they put their health and lives on the line to do their very best to help people who are suffering and dying from this horrific virus. We have already lost NHS staff members to this pandemic and yet doctors, nurses and medical personnel keep showing up everyday.
