Petition formation of Commonwealth as Federal State

Almost all commonwealth nations share the monarch of the UK however due to principals enployed by previous governments and lack of support our connections with these nations has fallen even with support from these territories remaining high.

This petition proposes the discussion within the commonwealth and HM government to form a new union to rival that of the EU and USA with the current monarch as head of government but with each territory retaining its own parliament similar to that currenty in the UK with a multi national supreme parliment bonding the states with each territory allowed to assign members of parliment equally regardless of population or economic size.

This union if formed would be the worlds 3rd largest economoy, laregest nation by territory and have a population of over 2.1 billion.
