Rejected petition A higher minimum wage for people in a caring job and funding to cover it.

In the next budget the Chancellor should create a two-tier minimum wage with a second, higher, minimum wage for people employed in a caring capacity. He must also guarantee central funding to cover this so that it doesn't impact on the budgets of care providers or councils.
