Rejected petition Bring back the stocks for antisocial behaviour/petty crimes

Re-introduce the punishment of public humiliation by means of a sentence of up to 1day in a town centre stocks (for all those of a criminally resposible age). Let the local people know who the perpetrators of such pathetic behaviour are and allow them their own justice, be it throwing eggs or name calling. Bring the bullies down.
