Rejected petition End the UK ‘lockdown’ restrictions with immediate effect

Lift all legal aspects to the shutdown of economic activity and curtailment of liberty colloquially known as the ‘lockdown’. In addition to this the Government must recall Parliament and repeal the Coronavirus Act.

More details

The ‘lockdown’ is increasingly having a more profound and damaging effect on the health of UK citizens than the virus it seeks to combat. There is no evidence that the current policy has saved a single life and the now inevitable economic contraction as a result of it will kill many thousands. Every day this shutdown of economic activity and civil liberties continues the people of this country are more greatly imperilled. Life, liberty and pursuit of happiness must resume immediately.
