Rejected petition Student should also be able to access funds and support during this pandemic.
Rejected on
Full time students need financial support, we are already going to be in debt due to our commitment to study via student loan. Due to the coronavirus (covid-19)we could face more debts. There is no support for most students, our Universal credit applications are being declined as full time students!
There are student who used to work and who are unable to work now due to the pandemic and them being part of the venerable group. Students still have bills to pay, to relay on the loan which comes every 4 months it isn’t possible. How will we survive April? There isn’t enough financial support for students especially vulnerable ones during the pandemic !Help us bring this to the attention of the government, we full time students should also be able to access universal credit or financial support.
