Stuart Lancaster has taken an England rugby team low on confidence after a poor World Cup and turned it into a young group of potential world beaters with a series of inspiring wins during the 2012 Six Nations. This motion is simple, keep Lancaster in the job full time and let him continue to build upon a great start and develop this group of players to their full potential. The man has earnt the chance to show us how far he and his sidekicks Farrell and Rowntree can take England.
