Rejected petition Should the government introduced a full UK lockdown, banning outdoor activities

Due to the incurring number of high deaths in this country I believe Banning all non-essential movement including daily exercise. people have Exploited lockdown rules, to avoid another rise in deaths and slow the spread of the virus as a matter of urgency.

Over the last few days I have seen children and adults out and about with the friends. For instance in one shop the gentleman in front of me brought a scratchcard only as this is not essential food items this should not have been given. We are still seeing people out and about ignoring the lock download making excuses that they are out for exercise. We are still same people out and about ignoring the lockdown making excuses that they are out for exercise. If we do not do something now we will see a rise in two weeks time.
