This petition aims to persuade the UK government to...

-Encourage UK / Ugandan state debate regarding new oil trade regulation legislation; with an emphasis on promoting higher levels of 'transparency' and accountability within international oil trade.

It is thought that this will enable the UK /Ugandan state to minimize the chance of internal and external oil trade corruption. In turn, it is thought that the Ugandan state will be able to develop more prosperously.
