There are many adverts on the TV at the moment preying on those struggling to manage financially tempting you to instant loans - the interest rates are as high as 3000% - the misery such loans would cause, sinking people further into debt they cannot get out of - such unreasonable interest rates should not be legal and if legal the interest rate should be right across the screen in huge letters.
