It’s not clear what the petition is asking the UK Government or Parliament to do.

We understand that you want the Government to change its approach to immigratio, but it's not clear exactly what you want to happen.

Many foreign nationals have rights to work in the UK under current UK law, while others have to apply for particular visas in order to be able to work in the UK. It's not clear if you want the Government to end all immigration of foreign workers, or cease granting new work visas, or stop all inward travel to the UK.

You could start a new petition stating exactly what changes you want the Government to make to current immigration arrangements.
