Rejected petition U16 should have completley free travel on trains and buses without having an oyster card

At the moment children 10 and under get free on trains and buses and 11 - 15 s have to pay adult price on buses and trains unless using an 11 - 15 oyster which allows free travel on buses and maximum £1.30 a day which is continually rising. If a u16 forgets their oyster they are expected to pay adult pric or get off the bus and this is not fair children shoukd get free travel without using oysters
