Rejected petition To take rent into consideration when having credit checks for a mortgage

I want to have rent payments to be apart of the credit check when applying for a mortgage so people can be judge by this as it is difficult to get onto the property ladder when renting to save for a deposit

To support people to get onto the property ladder when renting by looking at the application fairly and by seeing what payments People have made toward rent and if this is can be reflected into the credit report check when applying for a mortgage
