Peter Prior via Summerleaze is looking to knock down Furze Platt Senior School (which resides on a campus of infant, junior and senior schools) - and move it out of catchment to North Maidenhead - to a flood plain. The land in Furze Platt is then to developed into 700 new homes. The community at large do not want this to happen. The Councillors for the ward advise they are firmly against, the community is against - but can we fight an organisation with £179M to play with?
