The Department of Education states that it is committed to developing policies that close the gap between those facing disadvantage and their peers.
Providing the poorest children in society with the same opportunities as the richest, is fair enough, but raises the inequalities for those children in the middle, whose parents have to work harder to pay for them to access the same services.

Make ALL children equal (i.e free school meals/musical instrument hire/free school transport)
