The Prime Minister has said that "Sunlight is the best disinfectant". We agree. Given the focus of the recent budget on tax reform, we believe it is high time that the Government followed the lead of the US and agree that all Government Ministers, including Parliamentary Private Secretaries, and Special Advisers disclose their personal finances in full upon entering their positions and annually thereafter.
