We have the ability to transport oil and gas from almost anywhere in the world to service our economy and yet there are people in this world who are starving because of a lack of water, one of the world's most abundant resources. This petition proposes that the government invests some of the UKs massive wealth and finances the worlds first major cross continental water pipeline from a wet region of the UK to a drought stricken region of Africa such as Somalia.
