Rejected petition Bring in mandatory furlough for those at high risk of Coronavirus

Bring in mandatory furlough payments for those who are told to stay home for 12 weeks following government and go advice. We do not get the choice to have a health issue, why do our employers get a choice with our money. Picking and choosing who will and will not be furloughed is unfair!

More details

We have 3 children
Partner is a full time student meaning no UC or housing benefit help.
Told to survive on £95 ssp per week.
Company refuse to furlough even though I have a doctors letter saying I cannot work due to underlying health conditions. What happened to nobody would lose out?
