Rejected petition Where are the kid's and who cares?

Thousands of kids are left with family carers with no help financially/emotionally no one cares about these kids. These kids are left with no checks being made by the local authority or anyone else. E.g. Victoria Climbie, Khyra Ishaq and others who were placed with family members and died by their hands. We want the same help and support that foster carers receive to save kids like these girls.
