Reduce our monthly outgoings temporarily to 80% if we only get 80% pay. Only till lockdown is over and pay returns to 100%

During Covid to the people who are furloughed and cannot work and to self employed. The government have paid 80% of our wages and grants to the self employed. Yet people who we owe money too on a monthly basis are still expecting 100% of the money to be paid, for most of us that 80% just isn’t enough to cover all 100% of the bills each month. A reduction in outgoings will help the citizens of the United Kingdom keep a little bit more in control of finances.
