The government are telling teachers that they’re advised not to wear PPE or face masks in schools on return, however they should in public and on public transport. This needs reviewed because children are asymptomatic in many cases

More details

Parliament should provide better guidance for keeping teachers safe and should advise schools to protect their teachers.

More guidance on secondary schools where children cannot have a single teacher all day due to the vast amount of different subjects they study.

This petition was rejected

Why was this petition rejected?

It’s about something that the UK Government or Parliament is not directly responsible for.

Guidance on Covid-19 and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is a matter for Public Health England, and not the Government or Parliament.
