In order to allow the most vulnerable people to access information and debt counselling prior to taking out short term, high interest loans, it should become mandatory for loan companies to display National Debt Helpline contact information on screen and in a audible manner prior to the running of any advert selling short term, high interest loans which may cause their money situation to increase. However by encouraging people at perhaps their most desperate time to contact a debt counsellor for assistance may help their individual situation.
