Petition Restrict lorry's overtaking to 1st & 2nd lanes on M25 4-lanes

Now that most of the north section of the M25 is a 4-lane highway, I have noticed lorries starting to overtake on the 3rd lane as well.
So you have a queue of Lorries covering the 1st, 2nd & 3rd lanes and all the other motorist are bottleneck into the 4th lane.

There should be a ban of lorry vehicles entering the 3rd/4th lanes for overtakes at any one time.

2 lanes is enough for lorries, what’s the point of a 4th lane if lorries and other slow vehicles can use 3rd lane.
