Rejected petition Reduce tuition fee’s for students during the COVID-19 pandemic

During COVID-19 students have been forced to work from home, and study online when possible, in an attempt to minimise the spread of the virus.

Although universities have implemented some steps, we need the Government to realise it is unjust to charge tuition fee’s during this time.

More details

Students have seen their studies heavily impacted and have been left with minimal support from the Government during this pandemic.

Students who may be temporarily incapacitated because of the virus are unable to study and have seen no financial relief from tuition fees.

Those who are fortunate enough to be fit and healthy are also seeing their studies impacted through the uncertainty of when academia will return to normality.

Stand with us and support students during this difficult time.
