To impose Minimum Sentence of Life without parole on all sex offenders convicted of DIRECT CONTACT Offences with All children under the age of 14, which includes exclusion of ANY contact with the outside world. Contact to include ALL Forms Of Communication existing and future, as well as personal contact and indirect contact (such as asking someone to supply a child for sexual exploitation).
