Francis Maude to be sacked or asked to resign after a woman, named as Diane Hill, suffered 40 per cent burns when she tried to pour petrol into a jug in her kitchen, as a direct result of the current government issuing incompetant advice and warnings on non-existant tanker drivers strike.
