i have nothing against any transgendered people but it annoying that so much info is on internet about what to say to get a sex change so they know what to say to them and now they not even got to live 2 yrs full time as female and the doctors at charing cross say we already assume you been living female over last 12 month.then there are people who need medical help to make thew life better and even not die money saved from all sex changes would be better off diverted to them and make a person who wants a sex changed pay into a fund to pay for there sex change
