Rejected petition Move A-Level results day to end June/ beginning July to relieve students anxiety
Move a-level results to end June or start of July to relieve students of anxiety. It’s not fair we have to wait so long to find out what is happening with our future. The exam boards don’t even have papers to mark!
More details
These are unprecedented times and we as students feel that we aren’t getting the support we need. Our future is no longer in our hands so why should we have to wait so long? Please move A-Level Results day to the end of June or start of July!!

Why was this petition rejected?
It’s about something that the UK Government or Parliament is not directly responsible for.
The Department for Education has been announcing how this year's A-levels and GCSEs will work, but decisions about examinations and assessments in England, including when results are issued, are a matter for Ofqual and the exam boards, and are not a matter for the UK Government or Parliament.
