I want to make it so that in the event of a couple seperating, Residence is automatically shared between the two parents and must be decided within a month of seperation how much of a percent satisfies both parties (Through mediation). In the event that one or more of the parents have concerns about the others parenting skills, it should be up to the parent with the concerns to get a court order in order to stop the other having contact or limit the amount of contact the other parent has.
