Rejected petition provide international students graduating Sept 20- Jan 21 tier 5 visa for 1 year

I would love for the government to provide international students graduation sept 2020, jan 2021 to be able to get a tier 5 visa for an extra year so they can do internships, or any work placements

As international students like many others our lovely experience in the UK was Cut short due to covid 19 so we did not get to live the full experience neither were we able to get any internships or a chance at any work placement. Please give us the chance to get a tier 5 visa as an extension for the students who their visas expire in sept 2020 or jan 2021
