WE ARE ALL HUMAN!! We all deserve the basic necessary Human Rights which the Western world & European population observes since H.R.Act(1998), regardless of creed/culture or belief!

"Human Rights Act (1998)"
Enacted approx 14 years ago!
Why has only Europe encorporated this & not the rest of the world??
This should be 'necessary basic human rights that ANY human can expect to observe anywhere in the world'

How is this not enacted and justified in India (Second largest population at 1.21 Billion & 17.3% of worlds population)!!
