Rejected petition To make the road in Spencer drive and Surrounding areas in Foxbar safe for pets

I would like the government to make a law if you hit a cat you need to stop and report it ! Also would like speed limits or speed bumps in residential areas

I would like the government to look at it the speed of the traffic . due to many cats been killed in our road a horse / dog was also knocked down in the road next too our road it’s not safe for children to play or to be out on the roads !!
