Closed Child sex offenders to be named when they go off the radar

We all know that there are policies,laws and procedures put in place to try and protect our children in regards to child sex offenders, but sometimes the offenders don’t abide by these and go off the radar, This means no one knows where they are or what they are doing.
We are asking that if an offender goes off the radar we are allerted via Tv and Press with name and recent photograph.
