Rejected petition All drive through restaurants to print car registrations on cups and bags

Drive through litter. It is being discarded everywhere and is both dangerous to wild life and unsightly. It also costs local government millions of £ a year to clean up.

Put the onus of litter control back to the restaurants causing the bulk of the problem
