Give those who have been self employed and employed last three years or more as other help has been in place for others but hasnt secured help for the likes of construction who work both over the years

Give these people a grant the same as the people that have been self employed for the 3 years as the only thing they can claim is universal credit and has left these hardworking people in hardship due to no fault of there own
