I would like you to introduce this to help prevent the massive amount of litter left all over the place, which is not only unsightly but dangerous and unhygienic.

The amount of litter and food remains left as litter are food for vermin but also the cooked bones that are left are also dangerous to carnivorous/omnivorousanimals who can't digest cooked bones which splinter and can pierce the gut causing peritonitis.
